Hi Barbara, The intention would be to to use it 10 – 20 minutes a day to just relax or whenever you have neck pain/head ache, and help you to train your neck muscles to release. Most everyone moves around a lot while sleeping so I do not think it would have much benefit during sleep.
Would I use it for 15 minutes or so or sleep on it?
It would help me sleep on my back which is best sleep position for me.
Just so you know… I’m not commiting to buying anything. But interested in more information.
