Our Biggest Hurdle


Think about what the most significant thing in your life that holds you back is.

What comes to mind?

For me it was the years I suffered with anxiety and panic. There was no going forward in life. It was all about just trying to cope with what was happening at the time. Gaining control over my mind was the secret to eliminating my symptoms.

What would your life be like if you had no hurdles to hold you back?  What do you dream of becoming and what stops you from going there?

There are many resources on the web for helping people move forward in life. The ones I find most relevant are the ones that deal with changing the thought processes of the mind. Our belief systems create our reality. The challenge is that our subconscious or unconscious mind holds the hurdles in place.

Meditation has helped me to discover what was in my way. What was unconscious is now conscious and therefore I am able to deal with it.

Our Biggest Hurdle?  Our Own Mind.
