Just arrived back from the cottage and was reminded again how much being out in nature fulfills me. I am blessed to be able to sit by the water and feel earths energies flowing through me.
As a sensitive person I know you too can feel when you are open to the subtle flow through your body. Maybe it does not happen near enough for you these days. Sometimes you let life take these special moments away from you. Make sure you take the time to feel it, really feel it.
