I find it helpful, especially for people who are suffering from toenail fungus. I've had contracted this condition before in a gym shower room, and I certainly don't want to experience it again. My nails became yellow and crumbly, disallowing me to wear sandals in public. I tried a variety of treatments without any luck, until a friend of mine recommended a product called Fungusil. It's in liquid form and it contains natural anti-fungal ingredients, and it worked pretty well for me. With continuous use, my infected nails fell off and were replace with new and healthier ones.
